食用油:适量,阿胶:250g,黄酒:250g,冰糖:200g,红枣:250g,枸杞:200g,芝麻:200g,核桃:250g,

1、阿胶磨成粉放黄酒里浸泡1-2小时

2、把阿胶放到锅里开大火熬制

3、熬制过程中要一直不停的搅拌,以防糊锅,直到阿胶挂旗为止
